Refund & Returns Policy

Due to the limited nature of our releases, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue.

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or store credit where applicable. In the specific event that a monetary refund is authorized by management, approved refunds will strictly be processed back to the original payment card used for the transaction.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Forte Tonga reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
